Welcome to 0000ff. By accessing or using any part of the platform available at 0000ff.click, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and with the specific rules of each product available on the platform.

For the purposes of these terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — the 0000ff.click website, all its subdomains, applications, and associated services.
• "User" or "you" — any individual who accesses or uses the 0000ff platform.
• "Account" — the individual profile created by the user on the 0000ff platform.
• "Balance" — the amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's virtual wallet on the platform.
• "Bet" — any amount placed at risk by the user in Sports Betting or casino games available on 0000ff.
• "Bonus" — promotional credits granted by 0000ff subject to specific terms of use and rollover conditions.

0000ff reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and in-platform notification with at least 7 days' advance notice. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To create and use an account on 0000ff, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
• Not be self-excluded from the 0000ff platform or similar services, whether by personal choice or court order.
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of a 0000ff employee.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.

0000ff may request additional documents at any time for identity verification — a photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), proof of address, and, if necessary, proof of the payment method used. Failure to submit the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each user may hold one account only on the 0000ff platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same person — whether using the same CPF, different documents, different email addresses, or any other means — constitutes a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses.

The user is solely responsible for:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• All activity carried out on the account, regardless of who performed it.
• Notify 0000ff immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Keep your registration details up to date, especially your email, phone number, and Pix banking information.

0000ff is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence, such as sharing passwords, using public computers without logging out, or installing malicious software on a personal device.

The account may be closed by the user at any time upon request to support. Closure does not affect bets in progress or withdrawal requests already being processed.

A 0000ff accepts payments exclusively in BRL (R$) through the following methods available for the Brazilian market:

• Pix — recommended method; instant credit to any bank or payment institution enabled on the Pix network (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Mercado Pago, and others).
• Boleto bancário — credited within up to 2 business days after payment.
• Credit or debit card — Visa and Mastercard accepted; subject to issuer approval.
• PicPay — credited within up to 30 minutes after confirmation.
• Mercado Pago — credited within up to 30 minutes after confirmation.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. 0000ff does not charge any fee on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the user.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within minutes of approval by the operations team. For withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or where identity verification has not yet been completed, processing may take up to 48 business hours.

0000ff reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or when there is suspicion of irregular activity. Any attempts at money laundering or use of third-party payment methods will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian law.

The platform 0000ff offers Sports Betting across the most popular categories in Brazil, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), MMA & UFC, basketball (NBB), volleyball, and e-sports, among others.

The following rules apply to all Sports Betting placed on 0000ff:

• A confirmed bet cannot be canceled or changed by the user, except where the cash out feature is available and active for that specific market.
• 0000ff reserves the right to suspend, void, or recalculate bets in cases of obvious errors in odds, postponement or cancellation of events, or evidence of match manipulation.
• If an event is postponed to a date other than originally scheduled, bets placed before the postponement are voided and the amount is returned to the user's balance, unless a specific rule is stated on the event page.
• Parlay bets (accumulators) have their return calculated by multiplying the individual odds of each selection. If one selection is voided, it is removed from the bet slip and the remaining selections stay valid with recalculated odds.
• The minimum bet per ticket is R$ 1.00. Maximum limits vary by market and event, as shown in the interface at the time of placing the bet.

Live odds are updated in real time and may be briefly suspended during critical moments of a match. 0000ff is not responsible for unconfirmed bets resulting from temporary interruptions in live odds availability.

General rules that apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (also referred to as wagering requirement or minimum turnover) that must be met before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. The rollover is stated in the description of each promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account that received them.

The following tools are available free of charge to all users in the account settings:
